To start, I would like to introduce myself! I am the owner, Amy Garcia, M.S., LPC.

I am a Cognitive-Holistic Therapist that has been working in the mental health field since 2015. I obtained my undergraduate in Psychology with a focus in child development. I then went on to gain a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked for the Department of Child Services, in in-patient acute facilities, and as an RBT applying behavioral analysis techniques with individuals with Autism; all on top of my training and work as a Therapist in a practice for the past 5 years. I am a Midwest native who has moved to Colorado for the beautiful mountain life. I am a dog mom and engaged to be married to my beautiful wife this year! I am a proud multi-racial female therapist that emphasizes holistic approaches with cognitive challenging and the improvement of empowering self-confidence and self-talk.

Hi! I’m Jenna Garcia. I am 24-years-old and got diagnosis with autism at the age of 20. I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2023, and have 4 fur babies. I have been working with special needs and autistic individuals since I was 14-years-old and started professionally at 18. I am passionate that all kiddos have potential as long as you are willing to teach the way they learn!
